Booking Policies

BRIDAL

Weddings can be rescheduled by the client at the company’s discretion, with a minimum of a 4-week notice, and are only available to be changed if the new date is available on the client calendar. If the new date is not available on the client calendar, the retainer is nonrefundable. The other 65% of your invoice is due 3 days before the wedding day.

TRIALS

If you have a trial included in your package, please reach out to schedule your trail 4 to 6 weeks before your event date.

To secure a date, a retainer of 35% of your quote will be required at the time of booking. This retainer is non-refundable. Please know, that dates and times will only be reserved on the books when the retainer is received.

The retainer is non-refundable for reasons including, but not limited to, illness, cancellation of the event, date changes, etc.

Cancellation & TEAM SCHEDULING

My clients are welcome to cancel their services for any reason they like. All retainers are non-refundable as well as any payments made toward your event. You are no longer responsible for the remainder of your invoice balance if you cancel and are unable to reschedule. On the off chance that for some reason any member of the team is not able to accommodate your event and we must cancel (this has never happened!) 100% of payments and deposits made will be refunded to you.

It is at the discretion of NZ Artistry to decide who are clients will be working with day of. While we are a small business, we pride ourselves on the fact that 99% of our clients work with Nikki directly (relationships are so important!) but we have an amazing team of talented artists who will work events depending on location, size and availability.

Travel Fees

Travel fees will be determined based on location, as well as ferry fees, tolls, excess travel time, and potential lodging.
